🛒 1. Order Cancellation Policy

🔹 Before Dispatch

  • You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped by contacting our support team.
  • Once your order is successfully canceled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔹 After Dispatch

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you no longer wish to receive the product, you can refuse the delivery, and we’ll initiate a refund after verifying the returned shipment.

📦 2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

You can return a product if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product has missing parts or accessories.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
  • Items with tampered packaging or missing parts.
  • Used or installed items (like wires, fittings, or lighting fixtures).
  • Items purchased during clearance or special offers marked “non-returnable.”

🔄 3. Replacement Policy

  • If the item qualifies for replacement, we will arrange a pickup and send a replacement free of charge.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability.
  • If a replacement is not available, you’ll receive a full refund.

💰 4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or SMS.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.

🚚 5. Return Pickup

  • Our courier partner will pick up the item within 2–4 business days after your return request is approved.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • If your area is not serviceable for pickup, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address. (Shipping charges will be reimbursed as per actual cost.)
